Flxr is changing the way high school students differentiate themselves to colleges and job recruiters by organizing, preparing and marketing students. Our online application captures the students "high school resume", organizes it in an easy to use format, preps the student with scholarship info, college info and testing info, plus markets students directly to colleges and job recruiters through our application. Pete Ashey

Chief Executive Officer

Pete has extensive background in technology and is a former PwC and IBM Business Development Consultant. He has over 25 years experience in development and launched two startups in the HR and Survey industries. Both start-ups sold for a combined $28 million dollars.

Amy E. Masters

Chief Marketing Officer

Amy has over 20 years of marketing experience as a former VP at American Express and more recently working with early stage technology and mobile companies. Amy worked with many consumer and B2B brands such as Visa, Costco, AT&T, Procter & Gamble and many more. Her experience with marketing spans from launching a variety of products, managing multiple marketing campaigns, branding, public relations, social media, digital marketing and much more. Amy also teaches business strategy and marketing at Centenary College. She is an active volunteer for her community and avid field hockey player.

Ed Hepburn

Head of Product Development

Ed has built web products and online experiences for General Electric, Hasbro Toys, Fidelity Investments, Capitol Records, Sony Music, Warner Bros. Records and New Line Cinema. He created the visual identity for SmarterChild, an intelligent bot who had ~8M users on AOL Instant Messenger. He co-founded the digital marketing firm Foundry9 where he led multidisciplinary teams producing web sites, web applications and marketing campaigns for AARP, Amazon.com, Chase Sapphire, Disney, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt, IHG, Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Southwest Airlines, Subaru and United Airlines. Ed knows branding, marketing, startups and is a full-stack web developer.
